The Fairchild Tropical Botanic Garden has many tropical plants and flowers, including several palm palms. Butterfly and rainforest exhibits are in the garden.

Little Havana, Miami, is Cuban. Cuban immigrants that settled in the US brought their culture with them. 50,000 Latinos, 98% Cuban, live in Little Havana.
Little Havana’s Calle Ocho has Cuban cigar manufacturers, hundreds of Cuban restaurants, and Caribbean shops in a nostalgic coffee-scented atmosphere.
Máximo Gómez Park on Calle Ocho and 15th Avenue is one of Little Havana’s most scenic sites, where older Cubans play dominoes or chess and discuss their country’s past, present, and future.
Try Cuban coffee or Guarapo in Little Havana. Little Havana’s pace and friendly population make it a great place to explore and experience everyday life. One of Miami’s best Cuban eateries, it’s affordable.
Vizcaya Museum and Gardens
Vizcaya Museum and Gardens was terrific. James Deering’s Miami mansion is a National Historic Landmark. The estate was constructed between 1914 and 1922 by America’s wealthiest industrialists to resemble stately European mansions.
Vizcaya’s Main House and 10 acres of formal grounds include a stunning collection of beautiful art. The estate also has a rockland hammock (natural forest), a mangrove coastline, and a historic hamlet that is being rebuilt to illustrate the whole narrative of Vizcaya and give space for activities and community outreach, including agriculture.
The grounds and Main House art collection amazed me. The gardens, art, and estate history were for a delightful day.
Since 1953, Vizcaya has been a public space. It’s a terrific way to spend a day in Miami if you are on a budget and look free things to do while learning about its history and culture; therefore, I highly suggest it.
South Pointe Park
Don’t pass up a chance to see South Pointe Park while you’re in Miami. This beautiful park has a lovely beach and pier in addition to its modern design and spotless facilities.
From the pier, you can take in beautiful views of Miami Beach, including the sand, surf, and high-rise buildings that line the shore. Moreover, weddings may be performed here as well!
Don’t miss the chance to appreciate the Art Deco structures that can be seen close to the pier’s entrance.
The Wynwood Walls

Starting at 87th Terrace in Surfside, the world-famous Miami Beach Boardwalk winds its way down to 23rd Street, where it becomes a paved promenade along the beach.
Tourists continue to flock to the area around the Ocean Drive Promenade because of its proximity to the action on 5th Street. Not only is it a beautiful place to stroll, but it also has numerous places to eat and buy.
Remember that the boardwalk is popular and that you may have to squeeze past other tourists if you decide to go there. Sunscreen and a hat are also necessities in Florida due to the sun’s intensity.
Even though people-watching on the boardwalk can be entertaining, please refrain from looking at other visitors.
Free Yoga Classes
If you’re in Miami and looking for a fun, free activity, be sure to check out the yoga classes offered at Bayfront Park! Enjoy the beautiful views of the bay while breathing, stretching, and relaxing. Classes are offered Monday through Thursday at 6 pm and on Saturdays at 9 am. Don’t forget to bring your own towel, water, and sunscreen.
The Botanical Garden
