MIAMI BEACH FIRE ON THE FOURTH FESTIVAL

Miami’s hottest July events are not complete without the City of Miami Beach’s Fire on the Fourth celebration. This yearly event is set to be the biggest and most exciting yet, with a full day of entertainment, including a Family Zone supported by T-Mobile, circus performers, live music, food trucks, and a magic show.
On July 4th, 2022, the festivities will begin at noon at 73rd Street and Collins Avenue, with multiple stages showcasing live entertainment throughout the day. Behind the North Beach Bandshell, the sand bowl will host the main event, an outdoor roller disco featuring music by Bandshell DJ Allstars and the Roller Skate Vibes community showing off their moves.
The day will end with a grand fireworks display at 9 p.m., with performances by Camie Liz, Bootleg, Jam with Jamie, Amazing Animals, The Dangerfun Show, The Incredible Ian, DJ Ivan, and The Miami Beats leading up to it. The Miami Beats will continue their performance during the fireworks.
To ensure safety and cleanliness, the City of Miami Beach has strict rules for the event, such as no Styrofoam, glass containers, or alcoholic beverages. Recycling is also encouraged.
Transportation to and from the event is easy, with a free shuttle service operating from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. between the 42 Street garage and North Beach Bandshell. INTERNATIONAL BALLET FESTIVAL OF MIAMI
The International Ballet Festival of Miami is back for its 28th season, promising to bring some of the world’s best artists in the field of dance to the city. From July 22 to August 13, the festival will host over 100 principal dancers from ballet companies around the globe, as well as modern and contemporary dance ensembles.
One of Miami’s most anticipated cultural events, the International Ballet Festival, is known for its curated performances, which are held at multiple venues throughout Miami and Miami Beach. The festival is also known for its multidisciplinary program, which includes art exhibits, film screenings, ballet master classes, workshops, and book presentations.
The festival program kicks off on July 22 with a reception unveiling this year’s festival poster at the Miami Hispanic Cultural Arts Center. The Art Exhibit Series and International Summer Intensive and Workshops will begin on the same day and continue until August 13 at the Miami Hispanic Cultural Arts Center.
The festival’s Dance Film Series will be held on three different days, beginning on July 24 and ending on August 3, at various venues across the city, including the Miami Hispanic Cultural Arts Center, Lincoln Road, and Miami Dade College North Campus.
The festival’s Program 1 will feature an International Young Medalists Performance, which will be held on July 28 at the Lehman Theater (Miami Dade College North Campus) and on July 30 at the Manuel Artime Theater. Another highlight of the festival will be the IBFM Dance Marathon, which will take place on July 31 at the North Beach Bandshell.
